Little Bean values customer satisfaction in every purchase. We ensure that each piece is meticulously checked and have passed quality control before processing and shipping. 

Since these are baby clothes, returns will ONLY be accepted only if there are damages. However, in the instance that you ordered the wrong size or received a faulty/damaged item, please notify us within 5 days upon the receipt of the package. 

Please ensure that these conditions are met when returning your order.

  • Item/s must be in original condition.

  • Item/s are ordered from this website ONLY.

  • Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with labels still intact. 

  • Item/s must be free from any stains or scents. 

Please note that we have the right to decline returns that do not fit the criteria above. All shipping expenses for the returns and exchanges will be at the cost of the customer. Shipping information will be sent to your email once approved.
