Shipping policy
Little Bean ships every Monday to Friday except during holidays. Once payment of your order is confirmed, expect it to depart from our headquarters within 3-5 business days. Note that this does not include the transit time with you chosen courier. All order/s will be processed and shipped from the Little Bean headquarters in Pasig City, Metro Manila. You may choose between next day delivery or delivery via courier.
Next Day Delivery
If you like to receive your order/s immediately, you may opt for next day delivery. Order/s placed before 3:00 PM can be delivered the next day. This is only applicable for Metro Manila areas. Upon check out, there is a fulfillment and handling fee for this chosen type of shipment. Kindly note that the customer will shoulder the shipping fee and is in charge of booking a pick up using any delivery service such as Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, Mr. Speedy, Toktok, etc.
Delivery via courier
This type of shipping already includes the fulfillment and handling fee. Tracking information of your order will be sent to your given mobile number by our partnered courier - GoGo Xpress. To check the serviceable areas of our partnered courier, please check Serviceable Areas. Shipments not included in the serviceable areas of our partnered courier may opt for their package to be sent via 2GO or LBC. For faster check out, you may proceed to our Tiktok shop and order there.
Little Bean is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay that the package may incur. If your order tracking has not updated in 2 weeks from the date of shipment, please reach out to your chosen courier, as well as our team (inquiry@littlebeanph.com) for further assistance. We, unfortunately, cannot control the speed of delivery once packages leave our headquarters. We understand it is frustrating to experience postal delays, and are happy to assist in any way we can.
